CSL Elite F1 Wheel Tuning Button Not Working

Hi I just got my CSL Elite F1 bundle and connected to my PC. I installed the 64bit 328 driver and it picks up the wheel fine. But I can't get the on wheel tuning button to work somehow. Pressing it simply doesn't show me the setting on display. Any idea on how this works? THanks!

also the auto calibration centers the wheel at around 45 degree to the left. w/o the tuning i can't even have the wheel centered. it's weird because i tried the wheel on my ps4 with zero issue and it auto calibrates to dead center
just tried 'steering wheel leds test' and 'display test' in the driver setting and neither works. wonder if im doing anything wrong
What is your base fw version?
328 is a quite old driver, so maybe it doesn’t know the wheel. I would try a newer driver like v336 or maybe even v347.
Yep, this is the correct answer. Driver 328 doesn't know the Formula v2 Wheel, only driver 334+ does so use 336, 347, 356 or 365.
Thanks for your help! Fanatec download page still displays 311 & 328 drivers for my product which is very counterintuitive. I upgraded to 365 from this forum and upgraded hardware with the new driver. Unfortunately the tuning menu still doesn’t show up, but at least there’s manual centralize calibration button in 365 version so I can at least start using the wheel. However both my throttle and brake still hit full with around 90% into them which is annoying.
