Best Way to Cancel Partially-processed order
My CSL PS4 Elite bundle was 'partially-processed' on Friday, but now the pre-order date for the bundle is now August 7th, and I just don't feel like waiting, especially considering the horror stories I've read on here. I no longer have a 'cancel' option on the My Orders screen; it takes them two-weeks to respond to a message. Is there a better method for canceling this order or do I just fill out the contact form and hope for the best?

Jason, just to provide a glimmer of hope, I received a message from Dom this morning stating there was a power outage on the 12th and then systems were down, so a large consignment of orders didn’t get shipped. He said sales expects those to ship either today or tomorrow. So fingers crossed we get some shipping confirmation emails. My cancel order button also went away, so maybe that is actually a good sign that it is being filled/processed for shipment.
This would give me hope, since the website said that the CSW wheel base would in on June 12th when I ordered it almost 4 weeks ago. But my order status never received an estimated availability date. I emailed them to ask why there was no date listed, and they said they'd reply within 7 business days. It's been 18 days with no reply. How does one get in touch with Dom?
