Hi
Is it normal ?
PC driver 352
WBF 669
WBMF 38
Yes
I don't have to worry about the base. What is this caused?
Greetings
What causes the hit? Well, driving into a wall results in a peak hit in iRacing, so... dont drive into a wall :D
I also have it on kerbs
Yeah, it's called Force Feedback, and iRacing has a very bad FFB overall which just feels so harsh.... Nothing to worry about.
There's nothing to worry about ? But something causes this knock .
Yeah, driving into a wall is causing the knock.
but this is a metallic (mechanical) sound, it shouldn't be like that?
It should, it's normal when you hit a wall with 20Nm.
in other DD systems it is not there. not only do I hear it when I hit the wall also with kerbs
Yeah, it's normal, it's because of the metal spring of the wheel QR which makes this noises.
Dont worry about it! Everyone has it.
