I purchased the F1 2020 wheel and selected the F1 2020 PC game. I know this because I took a screen shot of the menu walking someone else through it before I selected it. I do not have the game in my games portion of my account.
If it is not showing in your account then it might not be possible to resolve this, but your request has been forwarded.

After selecting you should also have added it to the shopping cart and of course pay the €/$1. Looks like you forgot to add it to your cart if it doesn’t show in your order.
I have the same problem of Shaun I purchased the F1 2020 wheel and selected the F1 2020 for PC but do not have recived anything.
The game is released tomorrow, right? Has anyone got their game already? I can't say that I'm 100% sure but I am pretty confident I chose F1 2020 PC when I did my order, nothing showed up on order and nothing in the games yet.
The version of the game Fanatec sold for €1 with a wheel was the Schumacher edition that was released on 7 July. I already got the game 3 days now. I also received a mail on 7 July in the morning where I could find the license key.
If you did not received the mail and if you have nothing on your order you probably forgot to add it to your basket and did not pay the €1 for the game. Only selecting the game was not enough. On my Order it shows the wheel I ordered and also the game is selected including correct platform.
I didn't forget. I was literally walking someone else through it as I purchased my own. They have their key and I don't.
That's probably what happened to me. Man that sucks.
I had to redo my order exactly because of this.
I probably won't get the new F1 game then. Was playing around a little with Automobilista 2 and drove the Formula Ultimate on Spielberg. I really wish there was an F1 game with Codemasters features with that feeling of the car.

I'm absolutely certain I checked the tick box for the PC version of the game., but customer services told me I didn't and there's nothing they can do about it now. They said I would have had to let them know it was missing from my order back in May???
I'm certain because I didn't know about the game offer before I added the wheel to my order, so ticking this box was how I know I was going to get a copy.
Fanatec you need to address this problem. Surely nobody wanted to order the wheel without the £/$/€ 1 game copy - why would they?
Then you should be able to proof you payed €1/$1 extra and then Fanatec needs to solve it I would say.
If you don't work for fanatec, then what you are doing is a little weird. No need to play attorney for them. It's a company, not a cult.
Seems like they wont be fixing this issue. Unreal.
I concur - Pasqual your opinion is as valid as anyone else's, but we (and I count quite a few people working back through the forums) want to hear from Fanatec on this matter.
Fanatec, please will you respond to all the threads from people who, rather bizarrely in the opinion of your customer services team, made the same "mistake" when ordering.
