Lights, buttons and force feedback on my wheel doesnt work

Hi.
my display and buttons doesnt work on my wheel. The display just says fanatec and the exact name of the wheel and the buttons are “dead”. I use the fanatec podium porsche 911 gt3 leather. Also when im turning on the force feedback, the wheel goes crazy And shakes a lot. The shifting revs lights doesnt work as well. What should i do? Thanks!

Which wheel base you have?
I have the fanatec clubsport 2.5v
Then you should read the compatibility part of the Webshop description of the BME (ideally you would have done that before you have purchased the BME, then you would know that the BME is incompatible with your wheel base atm)
Ok thanks! It was my friend who helped me, ikk check with him but which wheelbase would u recommend?
BME is only compatible with Podium DD Bases atm. But a driver with a new firmware with BME comparability for the CSW v2.5 will come soon... So no need to change wheel base, you just have to wait some more days or weeks.
