F1 2020 LTD edition problems

I’ve just installed my hardware on a brand new pc (win10). I’ve installed and updated all the firmware.

I have clubsport v2 wheel base, v3 pedals and the new F1 2020ltd edition wheel.

when I set everything up I’m fanatic preferences it’s all working except for the paddle shifters.

move tried updating, restarting, but they’re just not working.

i swapped the rim to a Forza Xbox one and everything works - paddles too.

ive looked in the F1 wheel and the shifters appear to be connected properly.

any ideas would be much appreciated
