Fanatec csl elite PS4 not working

Hi I have just bought a csl elite bundle for the PS4 and out the box it worked fine then I tried the firmware update but nothing is not recognised when I press the home screen icon and now the wheel just flashes red if I plug it into my PS4. I followed all the download instructions on the website and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the driver numerous times but still nothing. I have only had it 3 days and now I can’t use it. Please can anyone help. I am new to all this stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated 🤞
