Help with this DOA - im lost!
i purchased a full fanatec gear 2800$ from a famous sim racing site since fanatec doesnt ship to my country. I connected the 2.5v wheel base but it was not working. I figure the power supply is faulty since no light on it and clicking sound , also i test, There is no electricity .
now all i need is a powersupply to test my whee out , the sim site refuse to send me a new powersupply and they tell me i have to send back the wheel , shipping cost will take around 350$. I pay 350$ for a power brick repair?
i went to fanatec site and tried to register my wheel s/r , all i want is a new powersupply and ill pay the shipping cost to my country cause i have no other choice instead of paying for new faulty wheel , been stuck now for a while , someone help!!

Mohammed after registering your gear in fanatec website under your products, create a support ticket.
Try to include:
The description of the issue as good as possible and also upload a video with the issue of no light and clicking noise.
Also don't forget to include all of your exchanges with the supplier that sold you the gear.
The support should reply to to you within 7 days.
I tried That , but they replied to me that is not technical support and i think they will transfer the email but I cant see technical support from my devices list. Only normal support , any help?
If they said they will transfer the mail then they will.
Anyhow below the steps for anyone else.
when you register your product in your account you per support tab,
Then after entering some details from the drop down menus, it throws you in the FAQ pages. Click on the no solution found button.
And then it will promt you to fill up the form. After filling everything and include the video as well press create new inquiry.
All the above from memory.
Thank you very much for your help. Sadly i did your steps and they told me next time open a ticket with technical , thats why im wondering where is the technical support at.
Strange, because when you raise a support ticket from the products page under MY PRODUCTS section goes directly to tech support
Hi Mohamed,
Firstly, you created a general enquiry about your warranty, not a support ticket. You received an automated response from the system saying that someone would get back you to.
Then replied to that automated message asking about the power supply. This was a technical question and was therefore in the wrong place, which is why you were advised to create a support ticket. That staff member was unaware that you had already opened a separate support ticket about it as well.
The separate support ticket about the power supply hasn't been responded to yet by the technical team. I'm sure they will get back to you soon.

Oh thanx , now my technical issue has been raised to the technical support ? No need to send them again?
That's correct. You don't need to do anything at this point.
