Leeway/play in my Fanatec Wheelbase V2.5

I have a little bit of leeway/play inside my fanatec wheelbase v2.5...
It's not like typicial steering wheel play of an old car or something (in real life),
It also happens in any position of the wheel, not only if the wheel is centered...
it's like inside of the motor of the wheelbase 😕
When i put the ,,DRI'' or that ,,drift-setting'' of the wheel on -05 (so the wheel is more difficult to move) you can clearly feel and hear it... (pls look at my pinned video) it's not been that long since i had the problem, it suddenly happend... i hope someone had the same problem and can help me 😔

The wheelbase was a birthday present and was bought a couple of years ago with an other account, so i can't create a support ticket, because there are no products in my account 😕
You can register a product on your account with the serial number :)
