Setting clutch bite point 911 GTR wheel

I have the following:

  • Podium Steering Wheel 911 GT3 R
  • Podium DD2 wheel base
  • Podium Button Module Endurance
  • Podium Advanced Paddle Module

How can I set the Clutch bite point for dual clutch mode.? Is there a way to see the digital reading on the clutch position when you test the car on track? Or do you have to use the Fanatec setup program- (which would be difficult to do because you do not know the exact clutch position without testing on track)
