F**K!! Brake pedal feel lost.....

Ok so I had the brilliant idea to try to loosen my brake pedal a bit and started turning the preload down from the factory settings. Immidietly after this the brake pedal got very stiff when you began pressing. Brake feel was totally gone so started searching and has now tried to calibrate the bastard to the previous settings but NO. Can´t get the feeling I had before when I could gently press and balance the brakes with my Toes. Anyone has a clue what to do?? Main problem is that the brale is very stiff in the beginning and then loosens up depending on wich preload and BRF I use. Tried both very hard and soft but the pedlas is still very stiff the the first millimeters of travel.

What pedals and how have you adjusted the hardware now (e.g. damper, brake performance kit in case of CSP v3)?
I have the V3 inverted, tried every setting on BFR and Preload without result.
Problem solved! The small screw on the brake force adjuster was loose and setting went off when I applied the brake. Now tightended and brake is alright!
Just curious, what brake force adjuster screw?
