CSL Elite Pedals (no load cell) - Brake pedal acting like a on/off switch

Have new set of pedals basic set no load cell. In the windows driver the brake is at 50% or 100% on the slider.
When I turn on system before pressing pedal shows 50% when I press pedal all way down to calibrate gets to 100%. But the slightest press of pedal from then on goes from 50% gets straight to 100%. Not even touching the stop.
There is nothing in between it acts like a switch not a potentiometer. I swapped over with the throttle and does the same thing, brake pedal works as a potentiometer when on the throttle so the pedal is good. Would expect to see the travel, not be either on or off (connected to the base and wheel).
In F1 have to set the deadzone to 50% to get the brake off and then is just a binary switch straight to on. Attached pics of what the driver looks like, with pedal off and pedal slightly pressed.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Update, have now installed on another PC and is working so tracking down what is causing the driver/usb issue on the gaming pc
Hi, I have the same issue with my CSL DD 8Nm Base and CSL Pedals LC. I use standard brake as clutch but after the driver update iRacing doesn't recognize it at all and Kunos Simulations recognize it as a switch. Colud you find any solution?
