If I have a csl elite wheel base v1.1 compatible to Xbox and pc
and I want to by the podium f1 wheel that is ps4 licensed
would they be compatible on a Xbox one together if I bought a drive hub racing wheel converter?
or would they be compatible with ps4 together? as I have both consoles I could use

if you have a xbox wheel, you can use the podium racing wheel on both xbox and ps4.
did you mean Xbox wheel base? because it’s saying something about it not being compatible because of the licensed ps4 chip so that’s why I’m not sure if it will be compatible with the Xbox wheel base into a ps4/Xbox console without the drive hub converter
No you need an Xbox compatible wheel like the Formula V2.
Xbox compatibility is always done via the steering wheel. Where Playstation compatibility is always done via the wheel base. So combining a PS compatible base with a Xbox compatible wheel results it works on al 3 platforms.
