CSL Elite - Steering Angle isnt correct
Hi there,
since today I have a problem with my CSL Elite PS4 Wheelbase. I recognized that when i turn the wheel by 90 degree (left or right doesnt matter) it only shows 75/76 degree in iRacing and ALSO the driver software (also the equivalent digit value is the one for 75 and not 90). For 180 its about 165 degree, 360 its about 352. BUT at the end it shows my chosen maximum steering angle, so 1080 or also 900. But that all started just today, yesterday and before everything was fine.
Since yesterday i have the last released firmware on the base (but like i said yesterday it did work with that). I tried several drivers today and always did a clean install (with uninstalling the driver before) . Nothing helped, so i hope someone can me help fixin

Hi Heiko,
This is currently being investigated. A workaround is to use FanaLab. If you adjust SEN in there, it should fix this.

I have the same issue as well with my CSL ELite base (the silver face model).
same workaround as posted earlier.
I tried the workaround but it only seems to change the ratio. for 90 degree it then works but the more you turn the wheel the more it drift appart. so for 180 it isnt 180 anymore, more like 190. Its drivable but i still hope they can fix it in general.
You can go back to WB FW 680 with driver 381 which does not have this problem.
Thanks! That solved it for now, seems to be the the WB FW684.
Does the CSW 2.5 with Driver 400 (and the Firmwares) have the same problem? I can't calibrate 900° steering angle in iRacing, too. I always need to put it to 870ish° to have the virtual wheel align with my physical wheel.
That is normal.
Is it normal from the iRacing perspective?
its normal for the CSW - it doesnt have 900° DOR, it only has 840-870 because of the plastic limiter. Nothing you can do to get full 900°. Just live with it and calibrate in game to 870 so everything matches.
This older CSL base does not have support in fanalab
