Crushed clutch pedal cable -- Support unresponsive.

Hi everyone,
I have a set of CSL Elite LC pedals and when installing I cut/crushed through the cables of one of the by not realizing I was tightening over it. It was fine because I was not using a shifter and didn't need a clutch pedal -- However, now I'm thinking of buying the Clubsport Shifter and will need the third pedal. I've asked support if it's possible to send/buy a new potentiometer along with the shifter (so I don't pay shipping twice) but so far they have been completely unresponsive for several days. Is this usually the case?
I'm thinking about going with some external vendor if this continues. Do you have any suggestions regarding one?

Dont expect to be added in the same order. Spare parts are being sent from a different town/location while webshop orders from another one.
Well support replied after 5 days (!), saying the new potentiometer costs 10Eur + shipping. Told them to pull the trigger and asked how I can pay, and it's been another two days with no reply -- Completely frustrating this whole support process.
After they see your confirmation email, they will create a quote.
Go to your account and you will see a quotations Tab under "My Products".
Thanks for the reply Alexandros. So far I have nothing there, I'll keep an eye on it.
You would get an email advising the quote is under your profile etc.
Then it will show up in that section.
