Absent assistance

Good morning,
I have been writing to the support email for more than a week to receive support for my CSL Elite wheel.
My steering wheel has several problems and gets worse as the days go by.
How is it possible that I have not received any response yet? It's a joke!
My steering wheel is under warranty until June and I need a repair / replacement.
Is there another way to contact support and get a much faster response?
Such expensive products must have proper care!
I await a reply.
