Absent assistance
Good morning, I have been writing to the support email for more than a week to receive support for my CSL Elite wheel. My steering wheel has several problems and gets worse as the days go by. How is it possible that I have not received any response yet? It's a joke! My steering wheel is under warranty until June and I need a repair / replacement. Is there another way to contact support and get a much faster response? Such expensive products must have proper care! I await a reply. Fabio

I have been waiting 8 days now for a response. The customer service is simply disgusting. I feel your pain Fabio.
you could try to call them.
Afaik the answers on support tickets can take up to 7 working days (weekend not included) so a week can actually happen atm.
What's wrong with your wheel if I may ask?
My steering wheel loses calibration during use and sometimes does not return to center after a bend.
Furthermore, the vibration is no longer as realistic as the first times.
I have updated everything to the latest software version.
