My almost an year old F1 racing wheel stopped working a month back. Fanatec promptly responded to all the queries & replaced the wheel with a new one with a quick turn around time !!
It works like a charm now !!!!

This is what needs to be brought up more often. People sadly have a thing where they leave bad reviews when something bad happens, but they don't post good reviews when their experience was great. I'm glad that you've posted this.
I guess some people wouldn't actually believe this is fantastic customer service. Apologies if I sound curmudgeonly, but if I was in the OP's position I would initially be disappointed that my less than a year old wheel stopped working, then relieved that Fanatec met their statutory warranty obligations by ensuring that I had a working wheel again. I suppose I might be pleased that they replaced rather than repaired but I wouldn't be dancing on the rooftops. Glad he's happy though. :-)

Lol - I did warn you that I would sound curmudgeonly. Still think this is just an example of Fanatec meeting their legal obligations. I wouldn't expect them to do anything else.

Joy lasted only for a day - Went to Fanatec setting to wheel center calibration - Updated the wheel firmware to V40.
It worked fine only for a day. After the restart the fu**ing same issue is back again !!
200$ Shipping charges from singapore to get a new wheel went into the drain !!
