I'm just wondering how do I know if my payment went through the money is gone out of my bank but I cant find anything on the website or my emails confirming my payment


  • Check your Fantec account under My Products.
    Your paid product should appear there.

  • Give it a few hours then check back again. Try again tomorrow. It is known somehow they payment system is a bit slow to register. Not sure why but it happens. What payment method you used?
