[ACC Steering Degrees] 1080° vs Auto?

The Fanatec recommended settings for the CSL DD on PC are 1080° in Fanatec Control Panel and 1080° in game.
So what's the difference between the following:
Fanatec Control Panel 1080° & ACC 1080°
Fanatec Control Panel Auto & ACC 1080°
Also, bonus question, I've had both set to 1080° but found I was faster in a certain car if I turned my degrees down to 700° in Fanatec Control Panel and ACC but then I jumped in another car and the steering was far too sensitive so I assume I should leave both set at 1080° and tune each cars Steering Ratio in their respective Tuning Menu rather than keep having to adjust my global degree settings in game and Fanatec Control Panel?

Aris talking about ffb and steering °
So, 1080° in Fanatec Control Panel and in game then, and adjust cars individually using the steering ratio option in the tuning menu.
Where about in this 3h video is the discussion on the steering degrees and how to set it?
What does the steering ratio setting do?
I've generally just been driving around using 720 degrees for all cars...
That is wrong and will give you incorrect steering in some cars. You need a minimum of 800 degrees (ideally 900).
Yes. Don´t know if placebo but steering feels different when locking cars own angle vs 1080. So I usually stick with one car for a lengthy period of time and use that lock.
