DD Pro rim on Podium wheel base - colours buttons not working GT7

I recently bought a DD Pro rim for use with my Podium wheelbase. In GT Sport, the coloured buttons controlled TCS, ABS, fuel map etc as seen in demos. In GT7 however they do nothing. The Fanatec software on my PC recognises the buttons just fine.
Does anyone else have this issue and know if this a known issue and if so, if there are plans to resolve it?
I have the latest firmware.

The colored Dpads only work with a GT DD PRO base in GT7 because the game Developers did not added the code for them to the other CSL Elite preset.
Have they confirmed this? That they omitted the code that is in GT Sport?
