Screw Replacement for Back of Throttle on V3 Pedals

Hey All,
So I was running into noise issues with my V3, and found that the block in the back of the throttle that connects to the pedals was scraping and causing the noise, so I greased up that area with lithium grease and the sound is gone.
But now the screws are just kind of spinning in the back slot and not tightening enough. So I was wondering if anyone knows what the equivalent screw would be for the back block. (If I put the screw into the thread minus the gap it threads just fine, but when connected it just isnt catching.
See Image Below for the area.

Put both screws in loosely threaded before tightening either. That should work, if it doesn't you may have stripped the first few threads in the block or on the screw.
It seems like it’s possibly the first few threads on screw. But if it was the block what would be a good way to catch threading?
You can't catch a thread that isn't there. :-) You'd need to recap, possibly to a larger size (with a correspondingly larger bolt of course).
You can use the other screw to check if the thread on the block is ok. Just use your finger to tighten and you can tell. Hopefully it is not the block.
Or compare both screws together next to each other. If the screw is stripped, you can get more from here... if you are in the UK
So I found a M3 12mm screw that did work on the block, vs the 10mm screw. But Im wondering if that could cause an issue down the road. It seems to work and lock the two pieces in place.
Yeah, it will be fine. :-)
Awesome thank you. After all of this. I think I am now an expert on these pedals lmao. I pretty much can disassemble and know all the points where there can be issues with it. Also moved the brake and clutch around.
