CSL DD FFB lose for a second, and comes back
Hello guys,
I am using CSL DD 8 nm for a week now, the force feedback had been gone two times over a week for a second and then It came back. It happened on F1 game and ACC.
The force feedback was gone for a sec, and it came back without doing anything.
I saw many people had same issue but I did not see if this is product defect or not.
Anybody solve this issue, what should I do? will it occur more often in the future?

I have the same issue. I have RMA-ed my CSL DD along with the power supply but no luck. I think this is a big problem with CSL DDs and have not seen any fixes come from Fanatec.
Did they give a new one to you? Your problem is still on?
Yes I sent it for RMA about a month ago and when I got it back and tried it, I still had the issue.
I guess there are some serious problems with CSL DD. And customer service is so slow. They reply my tickets in 4-5 days...
Not to sound like a jerk, but consider yourself lucky if they're replying to you within 4-5 days. Typical response times for the past few months have been in the range of 2 weeks or more.
They will lose the competition if they act like this... There are hell of a new DD systems coming out everyday, and fanatec will lose customers, it's obivious.
Oh, I agree 100%. Fanatec have completely shot themselves in the foot lately, with their shoddy products and horrendously slow "customer service". I'm just trying to give you a clear idea of what to expect.
