Thats correct and intended and the case with every Driver since 442. Peak mode was of no use without the Torque Key, was the same as Linear Mode so Peak was removed in Low Torque Mode.
I have the same problem that several colleagues mention with the latest firmware of the clubsport V3 pedals.
Connected to the base, the brake pedal have a LAG input. if I connect them directly via USB, it seems that that LAG input disappears completely, it seems that I don't know if they still have a little.
I would need to look at doing a firmware downgrade to see if I can see that input lag disappeared.

With new driver I have no possibility to go into peak mode without torque key inserted??

I have a CSL DD 8nm, mclaren GT3 and Clubsport V3
not seeing this on mine, DD Pro 8, Formula V2, clubsport V3, SQ1.5 shifter. Running on PS5 - F1 22.
