DD2 cogging question

How much cogging is the DD2 supposed to have when turned on? I read that the notches are normal when turned off, but I don't think I can feel any difference with regards to cogging when I have the base powered on vs off.
This is with a Formula wheel, and turning wheel as slow as possible with one finger.
I'm not saying I have a particular issue that I'm noticing while driving, I'd just like to figure out if my DD2 is acting normally. This is a unit I received as a replacment (for another issue), and before that I had a DD1 - I unfortunately don't recall if the behavior was the same on these 2.
I'm on the latest 447 driver with updated firmware, doing a motor calibration didn't change things.

That's perfectly normal when turning the wheel slowly with one finger. Not noticable while turning it fast during regular driving.

I clearly can feel it while driving, I tried multiple solutions and no one works (ferrite EMIs, ground cables, separeted USB hub, independent device plugs, insolated cables, reinstall firmwares, etc etc) nothing works to kit this cogging problem. What I can do?
You cant do anything against the normal cogging caused by a big outrunner motor.
But why I have much more cogging when playing?
Maybe wrong settings...
Can you help me? When I'm in desktop I feel a little microvibration but when I'm playing this vibration is intensied by x5 or x6. What I can do?
When i start driving it is not any Cogging, after 15-20min the Cogging is building up and not pleasant. After restart it is gone and sometimes it is gone but mostly it is building up over time. I have update drivers and fanalab, recal motor etc etc….. is it possible that i need a ”ground cable”

This is a hardware issue and you need to contact the support to get the base repaired / exchanged.
