I also haven't heard of that issue yet, but if you are using Heusinkveld pedals, than you probably can't use the analogue paddles of the Formula wheel as clutch at the same time because most games only allow you to map the input of one device. You can switch to a different analogue paddle mode with the middle MPS on the wheel to try and see if this fixes your issue.
I have some difficulties to follow and understand the situation.
Have you tried the repair function of the driver installer already or other trouble shooting tips shown on the driver page when nothing is connected?
Do I understand correctly that you can make it work normally but you have to do a complex process to get it working or are you in a state where its not working at all?
Hello, I just got my GT DD Pro, updated the drivers and it works just fine on pc but on PS5 it's not recognized, it doesn't work on GT Sport or Dirt 5 and doesn't show up in devices. I've tried turning it off and on, turning it on before starting the game but nothing happens, I've also tried Playstation mode and playstation compatibility mode.
I've got the P1 v2 wheel which says that it is PS Ready but doesn't have a PS button, could that be the problem?
You need to have a look in the manual to find out which button of your wheel is used as the PS button and then you need to press that button to assign the base to your PSN account, otherwise it wont work.
However, dont know exactly what you mean with "fixes for the CSL DD"? You mean regarding the known issues? Who told you those will be fixed with 448? Because... Unfortunately they wont.
Natural friction can start to feel weird after some time of driving. In case you experience issues with NFR, we suggest to turn it OFF for now. (this got now fixed for the Podium DD but can still happen on the CSL DD. We will now apply the fix for the CSL DD as well)
Some still report having steering input jumps with the Podium and CSL DD, we are working on solving it for the next version.
Personaly i don't realy care about NFR because i don't like the effect anyways but the steering input jumps are critical and i realy hope the next firmware improve it alot.
I nearly lost the car on the 24h spa last weekend because of an input jump in Raidillon.
I bought a podium hub for general steering wheels. Its firmware is V2 and 447 drivers report upgrade to V6. When I start the update the update doesn't progress, it hangs without opening the firmware update launcher. The base (DD1) switches off and does not switch on again. I have to force the end of the program and use the base button twice to restart it.
I just updated to 447 from 440 (Fanatec needs a better way to inform users that an update is available) and the "Auto Setup" gives the wheel a ridiculously huge maximum steering angle of 2350 degrees. Most games I play use either 360 or 1080, so there is a big mismatch, and every time I load a game it automatically selects "Auto Setup."
Is there a way I can either disable the auto select when I load a game, or change the maximum steering angle?
Auto Setup uses whatever a game chose to be the SEN value and this cant be changed by the user.
As the Auto Setup is only used by R3E yet afaik, in all other scenarios it uses SEN AUTO which is 1080.
Also Auto Setup does not automatically load on its own, you have to manually select Auto Setup. As long as you stay in Setup 1-5 it wont change on its own.
To me this sounds like you use FanaLab and there you have a Game Default Profile selected which gets loaded on Game start and the Setup dont seem to match which would mean you are using an outdated FanaLab version which is not using TMv2 yet.
And driver 440 had a bug where the driver update notification was not working which was fixed with driver 446. When a new official driver is available, you will get informed directly ion the driver now.
I don't think its a firmware issue because updates have been improved in driver 447 and the base firmware it contains. You might need to contact support so they can have a look whats going on, maybe there is a loose contact or something preventing the update to work.
You could try the downgrade function of the firmware manager in the top right and check if its different when going to an older firmware version but I think its unlikely to help, still might be worth a try.
Thanks for the help! Right now I have Fanalab 1.63, when I click on "Check for Update" on the top bar it says I have the latest version. I just checked the website and I guess it has the same bug because I see that version 1.66 is current. I'll update it and see if it's fixed.
Yes, both the driver and FanaLab check for new versions the same way and had the same bug because the communication standard of the platform we were using to host the file changed.
I have a DD2 and I still notice a jolt every once in a while on iRacing. Not really a specific time where it always happens but the jolt is still present.
Is that still a known issue that is being worked on in the next firmware update?
You need to use Fanalab to load them. Make sure you are running the latest drivers, firmware and version of Fanalab and make sure to read the read.me thoroughly for how to setup the profiles for the DD1.
Hello, I have a question for fanalab. I try to disable the rev vibration limit for the throttle pedal but even when I turn it off it keeps vibrating in game. Do anyone knows something about that? Thanks!

I've sent you a personal message with something you can try out.

Like Maurice says I also think that the problem is with pressing the correct PlayStationbutton.
I wounder when 448 with the implemented fixes for the CSL DD will come out?
Will 448 come before christmas or did we have to wait even longer? We are waiting now over 2month without any update or information.
It would be nice if you can give us any information about 448.
448 should be released this year.
However, dont know exactly what you mean with "fixes for the CSL DD"? You mean regarding the known issues? Who told you those will be fixed with 448? Because... Unfortunately they wont.
Under known issues:
The steering input jump will be improved with the next version.
The NFR issues are not fixed yet with the firmware included in 448, that one takes a bit longer.
Ok thx

Unable to update
Do you have a Button Module Endurance connected to the Podium Hub? If yes, unplug it and try the PHUB update again.
No, i've not
Only Podium Hub

I try to unplug an plug in hub (contact problem)
If the problem is still there I will contact support
Thank you

Is that still a known issue that is being worked on in the next firmware update?
The DD1 PS4 still loses signal during the game and eventually needs to be powered back on.
The same goes for PS5 GranTurismo 7 and XBOX X Forza Motor Sports 7 and it upsets when this happens during racing.
I think this phenomenon has occurred since CSL DD and driver were integrated.
There was no signal loss before CSL DD version.
I hope it will be corrected in the next firmware version.😕
As you can read in the Known issues: yes, it's a known issue ;)
It's a steering input jump which will get improved with the next driver release later this year.
hi there, does anyone have any updated dd1 profiles for rfactor 2 please?
just updated my new WRC wheel with 447. The rev strip is not working e.g. in GT7. I use GT DD Pro. Is this known? BR Gerhard
Yes, that's a known issue of the firmware included in driver 447.
Will be fixed with the upcoming driver 448 later this month.

The latest Fanalab Profiles fo RF2 can be foud in Maurice Böschen's profiles for the DD2 & DD1 in this zip

You need to use Fanalab to load them. Make sure you are running the latest drivers, firmware and version of Fanalab and make sure to read the read.me thoroughly for how to setup the profiles for the DD1.
If you follow this thread

it will bring you up to speed on the profiles availabe for the DD1 & DD2 that Maurice has created for the community .

Sorry, been out the loop for a while.
Will the 448 bring the CSL DD up to speed with fixes?
