CSL Universal Hub: Shifter Sets off or switches double

After a few hours it started to not shift properly.
Can anyone tell me what the problem is?
Where exactly is the fault? I will first send back to Fanatec and give it another chance. I hope that the error after repair does not occur again. If it does come back, I would like to understand the error better.

Thanks but I mean the gearshift of the Universal Hub CSL.
Oh shoot...sorry, that's what I get for reading things in a rush. 😳 Hope someone else can help.
Hello, after a game break of 2-3 weeks I noticed the same problem. Did you already get the hub back, or is there already a solution? I can't say right now whether it was fourth or fifth gear or another gear. But this double shifting is annoying.
Hello, I got the CSL hub back but the same problem.
I looked at it myself and found a solution. It's a problem with the pins, they don't press the pressure pads on the board properly.
The picture is from the net and shows only this switch/sensor. The bolts press with the rubberised side on this switch and when the rubberised side deforms during operation, I have this problem!
Dear Rudiger,
Finally how Did you solve your problem cause i got the same issues, even i moved on magnetic paddle. If you can describe please 🙏
Harder rubbers for the push pins. Unfortunately, this was not the solution either.
Sorry for the late answer.
