Hey guys, I have a similar problem, no issues with the Wheel on Win 10 for a long time, built a new system on Win 11 and my DD1 wheel base does not show up in FanaLabs and I can't change any of it's settings. Wheel and Pedals show up, no image for base.
Everything works in games but without the ability to change settings I can't really use it for what I need. Tried different versions of the drivers and Fanalab, public and beta, all my USB ports 3.2 and 2.0 etc. No luck. Please help me with any ideas you have.
LE: Yes, looks like. Would you suggest I do the firmware updates? I tend to prefer not to if things work (they did before win 11) but will do it if it helps.
You HAVE TO update the Firmware in order that the base can communicate with newer FanaLab versions! Your Firmwares are ancient old from 3 years ago. In the meantime the whole Tuning Menu communication has changed which is the reason why your base can not Talk to FanaLab anymore.
Seems you used an also ancient old FanaLab Version before upgrading to W11.
So you wont get the base working with your old outdated firmwares with any future FanaLab Version.
Your options are now to either update the firmware or to downgrade FanaLab to a very old version.

That's normal after a big Windows Update.. Run the driver repair or re-install the driver.
Did that already. No luck...
Update... changed wheel base's USB port, restated and everything worked.

Is the base properly recognized in the Driver UI?

And there we have your "issue".

Don't mess with it if it works is what they say :) I'll make sure to get things up to date and check back, thanks a lot for the help!
Sadly I was quite prophetic in my previous message and outlook. I went through with the firmware update but, sadly, it did not go well and after following instructions it seems it got stuck in CAL mode with 100% fan, similar to https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/26393/wheel-calibration-and-dd1-fan-running
What would you suggest I do next? Same instructions as that thread or are there updated ones?
Stuck here, nothing happens.
