Wheelbase seems to be timing out during play or sitting idle in a menu...

Disconnects from the game during race or sitting idle in game menus... as if timing out... Turning base off/on corrects issue until times out again... as well as just changing the wheelbase mode (PC/PS4,PS5,PC Comp., etc)
Podium 1 wheelbase with the Formula 1 PS4 wheel.

Does it take exactly 8 minutes to disconnect?
Hi i have the very same issue bang on 8 minutes. Same if in game or just sat . Restart same 8mins later like a time out as you said . Firmware and drivers all uptodate 447 . The only thing i can see is ffb error in log file from back in 2022 . Im at a loss with it did you get sorted or is your issue still on going ?? ... im on ps5 gt dd pro
447 is not up-to-date.
Up-to-date would be 450 which has a fix for exactly this issue included.
So just update to the real latest driver and update the Firmwares and everything will be fixed.
Thank will look in to the 450 . Was only on last weekend and it said everything was up todate straight on it now i think
If one goes to https://fanatec.com/eu-en/driver, they are met with a message telling them to "download the latest driver and firmware package", which at the moment, shows as 447. Perhaps there should be an additional link on that page to "beta" or "experimental" drivers like 450, as someone who is new to the whole Fanatec way of doing things probably wouldn't think to go trolling through forums to find them, and even if they did, they might not know where to look.
Well any more thoughts as the updated to 450 and it did not fix the wheel disconnecting at 8 minutes . so still at a loss .
Then you have to contact the support because the Playstation security Chip in your base is broken.
