So tracking numbers are weird where they only show up on the fanatec orders page on a computer not a mobile and on top of that sometimes just never show up at all. You be better off making a UPS account on the UPS app with the same email used to purchase the order on fanatec and check in on that.
Try logging in using your Google account with the same email if that doesn't work then not sure what's wrong with it but it will be delivered just will be slow.
Since Friday morning my order is marked as Completely shipped, but still no tracking number... and of course impossible to have someone on the instant chat... I'm lost, what to do?
I've been able to contact them. I'm in the same situation you are. They've told me that the shipment date has changed, and the order will be shipped today by night, and that the order status won't change. It will still the same. Also, that the order takes 3-5 days to arrive according to UPS (I'm in Catalunya). About the date of "completely shipped", it has some implications with the guarantee... because the system reflects the guarantee starts the day the order has been "completely shipped", which is totally wrong. But that's another battle we will have to tackle... Thanks.

Where can i find my tracking order code it is nowhere to be found and its saying its shipt so can someone maybe help ?

Also the tracking number does sometimes work on mobile if lucky but only in landscape mode for some reason so try that too
nope can´t find it aniwhere and im not abel to log in on ups there is somting wrong i guss so do no wher to look

All this is the dishonesty of fanatics. the person from the delivery explained that they pick up orders the next day.
