Control panel not opening and CSL pedals unrecognized

I’ve done everything the manuals and forums say to do (repair drivers, restart PC, etc.), and even after going through and fixing a cable error I made this still pops up when I try and repair the drivers. Also tried to see if the pedals worked on Xbox and when testing buttons on F1 23 only the load cell brake pedal registered any input. All of the buttons and functions on my wheel work fine but my pedals are far from that. I’m just at a loss for words and essentially begging for help at this point because I just received my rig today and to have my first fanatec experience go like this is disheartening.

It turns out that unfortunately the wrong driver 451 version from 16th May got uploaded to the /driver webshop page instead of the driver 451 version from 18th May with the fix for exactly this crashing issue.
You need to uninstall your current driver 451 and install the driver 451 version from the first post of this forum link which is the version with a fix for this crash and thats also the version which was supposed to be uploaded to the webshop.
Thiis will fix your crashing issue.

So I did this and I am able to access the control panel however neither my clutch or throttle pedal are registering any input even with the load cell pedal taken off. Is there something I'm missing?
That sounds like a hardware issue which can happen with a few pedal Sets. In this case you need to contact the support to get them repaired.
