CSL DD device not found

My csl DD from nowhere says device not found and I cant seem so fiix it, I switched the usb port then the type c cable and still my pc doesnt recognise it, neither will it do that sound that happens when u connect any device to a pc any ideas how to fix it?

try reinstalling the driver
Does it find the base if you remove the steering wheel from it?
No I tried that too
Did that 3 or 4 times and still the same issue
same exact thing here, tried two different wheels
it could be that some fuse burn out at inside base, that leads to some hardware failure
Whats the solution for that? I believe that is the issue too, what can I do?

Ive tried diving in a little deeper on my issue. The base is detected, all the movement ( turns ) is detected. Everything is normal except It will not detect the wheel, I have put 3 wheels on the cdl DD and none are found. It detects that there is a wheel on it, but nothing else.Without it detecting the wheel it does not recognize button inputs.
Open a ticket with Fanatec.
The first thing they will tell you to do is to check and reseat the black clamp.
I don't think it will work. No one has ever posted a fix for this.
Try this, if it doesn't help contact Fanatec support.

At least now we know it works for this problem. No one responds after they fix it.

when that happened for you does your power led blink?
Have u ever oppened a ticket on support? Do they took a long time to respond? and where do they respond? email?
I have opened 3 of them. They automatically reply to the opening of the ticket with an automatic message.
The first response from an operator occurred the following day in two cases. In one case it took a week for the first contact. In that case customer service was completely clogged.
A business day is the most likely time frame.
the same thing was happening to me you just have to go into your setting on your pc and give it permission to connect the right way if you need help doing it i could help you it's a little complicated if you don't know what your doing
