I believe this is incorrect. The UPS tracker will bring up any historical packages, worldwide, within the date range that happen to contain the order number digits. This will give a lot of false positives. Mine suggests delivery today at 1030 AM, however its 4.11PM and no delivery and I have not been asked to pay UK VAT yet so cant imagine I've avoided that!

Remember if you're waiting on a UK order, before it will be delivered you'll be contacted by UPS to pay VAT on it. If you haven't had that I wouldn't expect anything to be delivered any time soon.
Unless of course they somehow ask you to pay the VAT on your doorstep, but seems unlikely going off what other UK customers have had - they've all had to pay it online after getting an email afaik.

On the other hand, i have 4 packages planned when there should be 5 and they all have a different number.

I placed an order on 09/09/2023 and the order validated 'fully shipped" and paid on 09/11/2023.
