I have waited over 5+ weeks without response from support
Hello,
I have run into some issues with my fanatec wheel base and I wrote a contact form to Fanatec but I still haven't received any answer back. It has now been over 5+ weeks since I submitted it and I can't even remember the exact date when I sent it.
Should I wait even more for an answer or should I write another contact form even though it says clearly that sending multiple tickets will just delay the process? My second problem with sending in another form is some of the information I wrote on my first contact form isn't available to me, so it would harder to describe the problem as thoroughly as I did before. Finally, should I just create another post here describing the issue here? I have searched around for similar issues but haven't found any solution to it.

5 weeks for wait message is way too long, i think you should send message sooner

Stupid question... did they reply as soon as you sent the ticket?
I mean an automatic response, “Dear customer blah blah blah.”
If you have not received this response, you have not opened any tickets.
I am 99 % sure I did get the automatic response when I sent the ticket.
I'm afraid you'll have to wait. Fanatec is overwhelmed by yet another crisis, and the customer service, already notoriously bad, is not responding at all. You can read for yourself what is happening on these pages, it is not the first time something like this has happened. The important thing is that the ticket has actually been created.
