That's normal, mine was the same. It's just because the shaft isn't central in the clamp. I fixed it by removing the wheel, loosening the clamp and recentering the shaft.
Loosen the clamp and realign the shaft? Sounds simple but understandable is what different? Maybe a little more precise if possible? Thanks for the info
It won't make much difference other than the wheel rotating more centrally.
