Shipping QR2 instantly but delaying Ready to race bundles ????????? WAREHOUSE problems ????
Hello, dear customers like me do you agree with this practice ??? People like me are waiting over 3 weeks to deliver saying there is a warehouse problem but they can ship QR2 the same day whaaaaat ??? Fanatec give us the truth will you stop ignoring and lying to your customers and scam people who paid? As all of you know Fanatec takes money will no hesitation but sending a product is like paying for a fake vacation and you can't get your money back. I hope the Fanatec team compensates all of the customers that are affected by this non-sense and unfair practice like getting free delivery or price off because sending QR2 asap and waiting over 3 weeks is just ... I'm so disappointed I ordered DD from Fanatec.

Yeah I've had enough now. I'm writing them a final demand with notice that I'll be reversing the payment and taking legal action. It's bullshit at this point and the warehouse excuse is no longer a valid reason for the delay. I'll update if it results in anything, which it probably won't.

If you make an class action, everybody can join... i think we're not the only ones, to have this shit...
Fanatec Support won't even answer anymore - I also have enough of this shit... my things are now over 7 days waiting for UPS ... this isn't believable anymore
I have two orders...
One carried out on September 14 (and still NOTHING)
And another on September 24 and obviously NOTHING either!
However, Fanatec can indeed send QR2s the same day...
It's really lamentable of them.
So you ordered from Fanatec, received nothing and no communication for 10 days, and at that point you thought it was a good idea to order other products from the same company. Interesting...🤔

I received an email on October 20 assuring me that the shipment was being prepared and would be sent shortly.
Not an “auto-reply” email, a nice “personal” email.
I believed it and ordered the sequel...
It's ultimately not very important. When my patience runs out, I will take steps for reimbursement via PayPal (a company in which I also work) and who are very responsive regarding this type of subject.
How would PayPal deal with a refund after me waiting almost a month and are they aware of the problems with Fanatec?
Go and find out about PayPal, they have a system to manage this type of dispute, which after discussion can turn into a complaint then a refund.
It's not going to make an order arrive any faster but if it never arrives then I'll reconsider my money.
