As for the paid for "included with purchase" QR2 Pro promise on release, I've almost given up.
I didn't get an update after the initial newsletter update, but i think they're starting to prep the M4 QR2s for shipment. I've seen a new QR2 entry listed within 'My Products' within my account
Are you all in Europe? Nothing yet from me in my products or any email (in US). I did have them shipping my QR2 Standard early, which surprised me, available date Oct 20, shipping 10 days early.
I see 5 new QR2 pro's in my products (i'm owed 8), but no order.
I cannot tell if there is a shipment as I have 66 UPS parcels in UPS My Choice from Fanatec, although it was only 50 yesterday. It is so hard to try and work out or keep track of all the parcels. I do wish they would box multiple items in single boxes, i.e. the QR's
Still a mess though as some say returning to sender and others show delays, some show label created.
But yes, it does look like something is happening. I just hope everyone that brought the M4 still lives at the same address as they don't seem to be checking.

I never did get any news letter, so something tells me I've fallen off some list, can of course Fanatec has not replied to this I send back weeks ago. I have received and receiving all new orders, just nothing regarding my M4 purchased QR2 Pro. I'm going to assume I'm not getting it for awhile.

Kind of sad how this is being handled as I just received a customer service reply telling me they don't know when QR2 pro will ship...and yet I just received it...

Today 5 new orders appeared in my orders with the same number of QR's per order as the wheels I purchased, so all 8 QR2 Pros listed across the orders.
Note that the shipping is as per the wheel order, so the wheels I paid for UPS Express the QR2 is sent via Express, and UPS standard for the others.
As yes there are no tracking numbers and they do not show up on UPS My Choice.
I suspect i will have to wait just like all the other EU orders now as they are in the mayhem.
Summary... For me they appeared in Products first, Then as Orders and hopefully will appear in UPS soon.
If you have not had any communication at all I recommend checking that the BMW M4 wheel you purchased shows in your products with a serial number. All of mine show in there.
Yeah, mine has the serial number, but good idea. Not much I can do but complain, and that I’m doing…Fanatec needs to be ashamed of themselves…work in manufacturing, fulfillment as a developer, heads would role with this communication BS
Quick update, I received the QR2 that I paid for with my BWM M4 GT3 wheel ( back in Dec, 2021) yesterday. I gave it a try today and am very happy with the difference. I hadn’t realized how much noise and movement the QR1 had until now!
It's awesome most seem to be getting it now, I wonder if there is anyone like myself with still nothing in communication on when we will receive. Support is no help, I'm not going to spam them with requests, but I have not received any reply to the ticket I did send several weeks ago.

Broke down and ordered the QR2 Standard, "Available Date Oct, 20", it has been shipped already.
