Get your affairs in order Fanatec
I get that they're in trouble and being bombarded by people spamming info requests on their orders, but I am amazed that a company like Fanatec would lie about their product availability and shipping times. I ordered a csl dd + pedals +wheel bundle and a table clamp around a week ago, and still don't have any details on it except the confirmation that they took my money. Is the trouble because you don't have any old qr's left? If so, send me another qr even if it's a more expensive one for pete's sake, you ffed it up. And even if it is so, be transparent about it and don't scam people. I don't know what could compensate the frustration people are experiencing honestly, most of them will probably switch to another ecosystem to avoid haggling with you guys again. Shame, I'm out of words...

Same situation, ordered a csl dd bundle with a clamp and I did not received any message, 9 days passed and I get only tracking number (created on 10.05.23) and stuck on “label created”.
p.s. Guys, check your order threw pc version of the site. I got the tracking number only on pc version of the site. No email from ups or Fanatec.!
I have the same issue with 'Label Created' on 6th of October but nothing further has happened. To the UK.
Thanks for the input about the pc site, i checked on my laptop yesterday , i checked again and now i got a tracking number too. The label created circle is ticked, and the "on the way" label is highlighted. Estimated delivery is on monday, so if it really ships on monday, I'll be one happy man after all of this.

i think orders which aren’t in EU are not in the priority. Also a lot of customers with UK and non eu got problems with “import documents” which are not full and customs turn back the order.

It's a bug within Fanatec's decrepit forum software. Usually occurs when you're trying to quote a comment. You'll get a quick pop-up saying that your comment will be posted once it's approved by a moderator. This is false.
Usually, reposting without the quote will solve the problem.
I am in Australia and same issues. QR2 bundle, website said completely shipped on 2/10/23 and has not moved, no tracking number still. I emailed fanatec and they said it was out of stock until 27/10. When I ordered it was still showing as in stock for another 5 days afterwards. On Sunday it showed as out of stock. Now Wednesday it is showing as in stock again. Fanatec are an absolute basket case. No idea how a business with their standing has lasted as long as they have. The customer service just gets worse and worse all the time. I bet even though it is now in stock I still won't get it until some time after 27/10.
And how the hell can something be labelled as "completely shipped" if the stock is not there to fill the order. To me that borders on fraud.
you mean QR2 pro bundle ? because QR2 bundle self was out off stock so fast that you could not even sneeze

Quick update on my order, one part of it (I presume the Load Cell) part of the order as it was 2.2kg and the other package is 13kg, has now been returned to sender.
So it looks like my problems are only just beginning, when I thought they were finally getting sorted out and I might receive a wheel/load cell this week or very latest next week.
The only reason I am holding out for this is for the PS5 compatibility, otherwise I would have just gone with Moza at this point. It's a similar price point and I can get one by the end of the week.
And the problem is that they don’t respond to the phone or emails and to get a money back will take a lot of time. I am sorry for you that you get such a problems but I get pretty same situation, one week stuck on “ label created”.
Good job Fanatec, in such a way you will lose very generous clients!

And.... as expected, that's one part of my order returned to Fanatec, so is the wheel going to arrive and then I will have no load cell? Or is my wheel going to be returned as well.
They really should have switched off orders until this issue was resolved, for it to go on for the entire month of September and to continually take peoples money is outrageous.

It’s hilarious that they can’t turn off the orders. They are like “ We need all the money and we don’t care about our customers “

Shocking this is still happening. My order was placed on the 8/09. Shipped 25/09 and returned to them the same way on 27/09. Have not heard about it since. If you speak to UPS you will likely find export docs missing for the order and obviously not even UPS can get a hold of Fanatec to obtain them.
I might just dispute via PayPal and get my money back... it's just not right!

Complaining on this forum and expecting Fanatec to respond is like yelling into the wind. I sympathize and totally get why people are upset. But the only good done by complaining here is that it can alert potential would-be Fanatec customers and cause them to think twice before parting with their money.
i been buy from fanatec 3 times at short period, and all items come. yes they to have issue with they delivery times but if you buy aliexperss and item comes like one month then you get to use to it with some delay

I will be honest, I can't keep up with Fanatec and what is going on. I have now checked my tracking number again (still not received a single email) paid shipping fees and I now have this...
Not sure if I will get both my GT DD Pro and my load cell pedal together, or when, or whatever else haha. But time will tell...
I did open a PayPal dispute which is currently waiting a response from Fanatec. Maybe this is that response. I would much rather just get my bundle and load cell rather than have to battle to move things forward. Hopefully it arrives.
This is all i got today when checking UPS because ive not had any updates at all from either party.
1 of my items got delivered today but both orders are 1 week apart but 1 gets delivered to Hamburg with no explanation. Im from the UK
Stop being the Fanatec Simp it aint helping the situation where 100s of ppl are having issues with there orders. If you aint got any real info or anything to add then dont because licking Fanatecs nut sack dont help us does it.
The same has happened to me today with both packages for the QR2 bundle, contacted UPS here in the UK and they seem to think it's due to missing paperwork. Have contacted Fanatec support but not holding my breath on getting an answer anytime soon. Absolute shitshow.

Oh ive contacted Fanatec loads they just ignore your emails.
Spoken on the phone to UPS and even they said i dunno whats happened cos it was going to be sent off then it got shipped back to the sender. This is also for the QR2 which i placed back in september when they was in stock.
