Hello Samuel,
F1 2019 doesn’t support the rev lights or the button layout. They are working on keyboard support which might give us the opportunity to use the surplus in buttons and rotaries. So for now there is no guide for you to get it to work on Xbox One.
This is not possible because leds are not working on Xbox. It's a limitation of the Xbox code, nothing Fanatec can do. Microsoft needs to update their code to enable all the buttons and led features of the Fanatec wheels.
Same Problem here. No solution available?

Hi
I can’t get the Rev light working or the flag lights either . But more annoying is that most of the buttons and switches don’t work so I can’t map anyone to ETS or fuel mode and I was wondering in any one knew how to get the buttons bit the top left of the wheel working and they are amped to LT and stuff like. Thaks
Hi all, sorry late coming to this one but wanted to say this is a Microsoft issue with the XBONE and not a vendor issue (same issue with Thrustmaster, Logitech etc.).
I spent hours trying to get a the Thrustmaster TS-XW working and finally discovered there is a limitation of inputs from Microsoft on the Xbox, which means many of the buttons double up, as you can only assign buttons to those found on a normal controller.
Please see my recent post on the subject: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/22003/xbox-fanatec-wheel-button-support#latest
In this post I describe that Logitech has been able to get all buttons and functions (rev lights included) of their G923 wheel working on Xbox - there are many more inputs than that of the Xbox controller - I’m sure we’ve all heard from Fanatec that their wheels not being fully supported is a Microsoft issue (and it might well have been) but clearly that is not true anymore especially with the above knowledge.
There is still a lot of confusion on this subject, and I feel some transparency from Fanatec about what the issue actually is is much needed and long overdue.
Additional wheel inputs are possible on Xbox - please see the linked post: PROOF of Logitech G923 inputs and rev lights working on Xbox.
