    Is it the the part in the check out/payment for order on the website/store you're talking about where you pay via your credit card? If so it seems the issue re payment has started to reoccur again. Same thing was happening Jan-Feb.

    See this thread which a user complained was experiencing just 1-2 days ago.

    I cannot pay either, I get a payment refused and the credit card company is saying the transaction is not appearing on their end the paypal link does not work (Unable to instantiate the payment screen).

    Same here payment refused and PayPal not working.
