Shipping Confusion

On Feb. 27th I ordered a DD1, 2 Wheels, Universal Hub, Clubsport shifter, pedals and handbrake (along with the quick releases) and they've been arriving this week after shipping on the 10th and now 2 packages just seem to be stuck in LA with no updates at all. I've contacted Canada Post and the USPS and they said I need to talk to the sender- Fanatec- who has been extremely difficult to get a hold of. I even attempetd to get on the 'live-chat' last night, but it was unavailable. It looks like it was in route to Canada at one point- but It has not been (according to Canad Post).
Its torturing having nearly everything I need except for the (DD1, Pedals, Wheels handbrake etc.) as its all useless without it. I wouldn't mind if the handbrake was delayed- but come on.
Here's the last update I received- on today 10 days after the last update.

Wow just wow, you would think they would stop using UPS they are crap.
All I see is usps not ups. Good luck with the post office.

Yea inexcusably delays of shipping companies are getting ridiculous. Ones that were bad before are now atrocious.
I have finally received my complete order and its in good shape. I acknowledge that Fanatec let me know that shipping could take 3 weeks and it did take 3 weeks to the day. Mea Culpa.
I have tested the difference between ups standard and express saver when ordering from Fanatec. And let me tell you, it took a whole week longer time with the standard shipping. Never doing that again. I will choose express on everything.
