V3s not detectable on Windows 10 via USB

Fanatec club sport V3 pedals support
Hi all,
I recently upgraded to a new PC and am having some trouble with getting windows 10 to recognise the pedal set.
The pedal set works no problems on my old pc however when I connect it via USB to my new PC it's not recognised at all. Not even in the controller properties.
I've checked all USB ports with other devices and they're working in perfect order and recognises anything else. My wheel base is also recognised in all ports.
Unsure as to why the v3's are recognised on my old pc but not on the new one.
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Which driver do you have installed?
I had 345 installed originally on the other pc which was working fine and have since have gone through a few different ones trying to see one that works but none have so far (336, 346, even a few betas etc.)
Hey Brenton, just saw your thread after I posted and have been experiencing the exact same problem! Would be curious to know if you find or get help with a solution...
Thanks,
Carl
Have you tried different USB connections or maybe a USB card?
Hi Carl,
Currently I have not been able to solve the issue. I've been in slow contact with fanatec and they advised the following:
Please see this forum post with possible solutions: https://forum.fanatec.com/discussion/1758/symptom-fanatec-driver-does-not-install-uninstall-correctly
Also try installing driver v335:
https://fanatec.com/media/unknown/4d/25/a4/Fanatec_32_driver_335.msi
https://fanatec.com/media/unknown/b6/e0/e7/Fanatec_64_driver_335.msi
It might also help to reset the V3 pedals to standard settings. See this video: https://youtu.be/T9lsHjNGfuw
Unfortunately this did not solve my issue, as I am able to reset the pedals to sstandard settings on Windows 7 but not windows 10 as it is completely unrecognised.
Even when resetting the pedals to standard settings on my windows 7, the manual pedal updater still did not recognise the pedals and I'm unable to even roll the firmware back or forward.
Il keep you updated when I know more. Please let me know if you find a fix too!
Gary
I've tried different cables still no success, Rj12 doesn't work either. I'm yet to try a USB card. Any recommendations on that?
Will do Brenton, thanks for the input. I'll try this tonight and let you know how it goes...
