CSL DD "reading version.xml" error

Hello, i installed the latest driver for the CSL DD (410) and when launching Fanatec Control Panel, i have an errror : "A problem has been encountered while reading versions.xml!" What I should do to solve that ?
Also, i cannot lauch the Firmware manager. The window shuts itself directly

Hello, have the same problem,I have tried several solutions but not working, driver 400 and 410, and upgrade csl dd with a different computer.
I wrote to the fanatec service, wait an answer.
deinstall all drivers and software, then install only 410 driver, this worked for me
