Cannot submit a support ticket (that I know of)

I've been trying to submit a support ticket for the past little while and every time I hit submit I get an error stating I forgot to add a subject (I have not) and the form is cleared. It is unclear whether an ticket has been submitted at all and I have not recieved any confirmation via ermail or otherwise.

Is this a known issue?

I have attempted this on multiple browsers (chrome, firefox, safari) and have had the same result.

    I have this exact same problem. Also tried Edge and Chrome and two different PCs. Did you ever figure it out or can someone else help?

    I tried the phone number and I think it said it only operates 2 hours a day?!?!?
