Dunno if this is the correct place to ask? Is there any place to buy these rubber elastomer springs from? I can't see anywhere on the website.

Aa far as I know you can't buy them from Fanatec. There are aftermarket ones on eBay, Etsy and from 3drap.
Check Ebay, Etsy and 3DRap as Stephen said, but send Fanatec support an email. If they have them, they can probably give you a price on a set.
