WTF is going on with my order??
I preordered the CSL DD Race Ready P1 Bundle at the 15th of March. Back then it said that it would be shipped at the 10th of April. It is now the 10th of April and it still has not shipped. But this is not the biggest problem. The problem is that now it is apparently sold out... It says that "The order is in process" but I feel like that is complete bullshit
Is there any hope? Will the order status change in a few days or has my order gotten lost on the way? I have contacted support but they yet haven't answered.
What should I do? I won't be able to wait one more month for this stupid shit. I am so frickin pissed...

Sold out for new orders. You ordered before they sold out. 10 April is an Easter Holiday in Germany. I expect it will ship later this week.

I'm having the exact same problem. I ordered on the 17th of march with availability for the 6th of April so earlier than yours somehow and yet radio silence from fanatec and their website states my order is in process still. This is starting to get really infuriating...
Update for me: I just got an email saying it has come into the warehouse and will be shipped soon. Typical timing that it happens right after people complain on these forums about wait times. Hopefully you get yours soon also.

Awaiting tracking number here too. From what I've heard in the past you may never get one until a couple months after the package arrives so I wouldn't be holding out for one.
I also got this email april 11th, but still no tracking number... The status in my account is "completely shipped".
I am wondering if these packages are on their way or just stuck in warehouse 😏
i preordered a DD also around the 15th of march, it said it would be available the 19th of april, it changed to the 10th and eventually changed to the 6th of april, i got an email on the 11th with the warehouse stuff. did a live chat yesterday, since i took the week off to receive the packages. Big bummer though, since in live chat yesterday i was told it wouldn't be picked up by UPS on wednesday (12th of april)at all either... and shipping would take 3-5 days... (while UPS says 1-5, but okay)
So they said it would be available at the 6th, and here i am on the 13th and it is most likely still laying around the warehouse.
I can understand with the DD (pro) 5nm back in stock they are getting alot of orders, but why change the date back from 19th to 6th if its still gonna be laying around the warehouse around the 13th? Like i said, took a week off expecting to get my order(s) this week, hoping i could prevent the delivery dude from having to deliver, take it back to UPS, ect ect.
If my order is gonna get damaged in while shipped i'll be furious.
Its gonna be super fun now to unpack and play when i receive it obviously, while im working. GG.

There has been a bug in our system and the order is shown as completely shipped even tho it is not shipped out yet

what date you did you receive the warehouse email? and nice, shipping on a friday so UPS can store it over the weekend... nice. i guess you received it on the 11th?

I emailed Fanatec about my order just because it's happened before where they forget you exist until you remind them kindly of course.... Seems everyone here on the thread is in the same situation with them and being completely shipped. Completely shipped is supposed to mean its been handed over to UPS yet WHERES THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL HMMM!
I know that their products are worth the wait as I've used many of their older dd items and alike but Jesus I'm gonna need a samaritan hotline if this keeps up.

I just got my tracking number!
I received a response to my email enquiry regarding the lack of updates on the orders whereabouts and sure enough they basically had forgotten about me. Long story short within the hour of receiving the response I get notified by UPS that I have orders on their way....typical. Now because its Friday the expected arrival date is the 20th. They're very poor at remembering pre-orders. Hope yours arrives soon.

There is nothing in orders view for me. UPS sent me an email with tracking number.
i didnt receive a email but i created an account with UPS to track, and all 5 parcels are showing on there. thnx for the info guys.
