In general, does stiffer/harder spring help with more precise throttle control?
I'm using V3 pedals and tried both but not sure which one I should stick with for improvement in the long-run. Thanks.
These can help: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm - It might be more of a personal preference but I like a decent amount of resistance in my throttle pedal. I'm pretty heavy 92KG.

I did decide to use harder V3 spring that came with the unit, and I am happier with it as compared to soft stock.
