csl pedals wont register to wheel base

so small breakdown i have csl dd pro wheelbase and csl pedals. i have the pedals directly linked to the wheel base and it wont register. i have the rj12 adapter and the fanalabs will register the adapter as csl elite pedals which i dont have but i still have no input. i have the latest 450 drivers and firmware. its my first setup so any help would be much appreciated

    just adding onto to this one, was running version 439 for ages playing gt sport and 7, on ps5. Had my wheel over a year, maybe longer, never a fault.

    use a LC and suddenly pedals stop working

    could it be the RJ12 between LC and base is gone? Ordered another to see,

    pedals won’t show up on control panel unless I use usb

    all updated now to 450 - still not working :(

    please help

    I've read about this problem other people have had. They opened a ticket with tech support and the pedals were replaced.

    I think that's what you should do as soon as possible.
