as a workaround you could install Simhub, Simhub gets access to your games and in Simhub you can set port forwarding for several other programs, so both programs should work.
I don't know if this works with Racelab, but that's how I use Fanalab and Racing League Tools together.

Hi, this worked thanks. I have Fanalab and Racelab working together. Now trying to add Track Titan but isn’t working yet.
