What is this symbol?

I have a symbol on my P1 V2 Wheel, not sure what it's telling me, or stands for. Where do we find this info?

    Thats a "n" which shows that you are in "Neutral" gear.

    Ah ok, vr user and I just reset my iRacing settings completely. I haven't noticed it before to be honest. Lol, ok I see it changing now with the paddles, never drove outside of vr.
