probably the shaft issue what is loose
What can be done?
have u recently bought an aftermarket wheel?
if shaft is in loose what is possible see with eye, then you need push that back inside, probably need also some tools for this as it needs be screw very tight
also your video at youtube is private mode, soo cant see nothing

Is it the same when the wheel is not plugged in or when u plug it in?
blue yellow flashing happens when shaft self is in loose, this been commend year ago at one youtube video.

no problem , if that still not fix then there could be something else like bad contact between shaft and base or something self broken inside shaft
actualy it can also happend when u plug in an aftermarket wheel i know this becuase it did it to me when i bought one
but to you base worked after that at all with other wheels or it just burned out the base self ?
It was the shaft that had back out-loosed clamp reinserted and tightened clamp and now works-if if this happens again I will get a different wheel base from another company-thanks everyone for the help-greatly appreciated
Make sure the bolt is very tight and it won't happen again.
the other wheels worked so an aftermarket wheel can also cause it to go pride mode
